Hi! My name is Paul Luongo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received both my Bachelor’s degree and my Master’s degree from The University of Scranton. I studied Counseling and Human Services as an undergraduate and Clinical Mental Health Counseling as a graduate. My approach is based primarily on Humanistic, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Existential Counseling approaches. I believe counseling is a collaborative experience meant to empower individuals to become the best they can be.

My experience is varied. I have worked in outpatient and school settings, working with children who have experienced trauma. My most current experience has been working in a collegiate setting with college-aged individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, and grief. Some of my clinical interests involve video games and their impact on mental health and in mental training with athletes.
