CB Counseling is pleased to contract with Leanne Pagnotti, LPC, at our practice.
My name is Leanne Pagnotti and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My education began at Keystone University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts with a concentration in photography. After almost 10 years as a professional photographer, I decided to go back to school so I could follow my heart by helping others. I continued my education at Marywood University where I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology and completed Marywood’s post masters professional counselor licensure program. With a strong background in art, I often utilize the creative process with those of all ages as a means to healing.
I have an integrative approach to therapy with a primary focus on humanistic, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral techniques; this allows me to honor each individual’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a warm and supportive environment for one to explore their thoughts and feelings freely and without judgment. Amigo, my certified therapy dog, is present for most of my sessions to provide extra comfort and support.
I love working with all age groups and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health needs. I have had the pleasure of working with various populations within a variety of different environments including an adolescent intensive outpatient treatment program, inpatient substance abuse treatment, and within the criminal justice system.
I am a long-time advocate for mental health and I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I am truly honored to be able to help others achieve a better quality of life through a better understanding of their own mental health.
