Hello, my name is Kelly Meek and I am Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University and my Bachelor’s Degree in History, Math, and Women’s Studies from Seton Hall University.

As a counselor I believe in helping my clients better understand themselves and realize their goals through a variety of modalities. I take an eclectic holistic approach as to meet my clients where they are. Incorporating a variety of modalities which include Choice Theory, Existentialism, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows my client and I to explore their needs, thoughts, and choices in an all-encompassing way as to benefit their mind, body, and spirit.

Thus far in my career I have had the pleasure of having a variety of clinical experiences. I enjoy working with clients with a vast array of diagnoses and struggles which include Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Grief, Self-Esteem, Trauma, Autism, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I also have experience working with co-morbid diagnosis such as intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and chronic illness and have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
