Hello! I am a recent graduate from Kutztown University with my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently working toward licensure to become an LMFT. Even though I specialize in couples work, I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, eating concerns, sexual identity issues, and more. I work hard to customize sessions to fit client needs and always bring creative interventions to the table. I utilize the theories of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy, and always come from a strengths-based approach. Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship between counselor and client is the most important aspect of counseling. I aim to provide a warm, friendly space where clients feel comfortable to share.
