My approach to therapy is relaxed and conversational, adapting sessions to the type of support or therapeutic tool you need in the moment. Whether you are navigating a current transition or trauma, trying to make peace with your past, or just working towards your best future self, therapy can provide you with the safe space you need to heal and grow.
I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, and I am excited to be newly entering private practice now. Over the years, I’ve helped many people to effectively manage stress, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, chronic pain, and more. I love talking with people who are curious about understanding themselves and their life experiences.
I am currently accepting new teen (14+) and adult clients, and I offer both in-person and teletherapy appointments. I look forward to hearing from you!
